Lodging is available with 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms (plus a pull-out couch and a day bed), the house can sleep a maximum of 10 people. full open floor-plan kitchen, 2 wood burning stoves, living room, media room, 900 sf. deck, and sun room.

The house is situated near a stream, next to thousands of acres of state land. Numerous hiking trails, lakes and streams surround the area. The towns of Roscoe and nearby Livingston Manor are well known for excellent fishing, camping and hiking. There are also 3 craft Breweries, 2 distilleries, bars and restaurants, an artisan bakery, groceries, thrift stores and art galleries within 20 minutes drive.
